Gather the ingredients for the marinade.
A1 Steak Sauce, Bourbon, Creole Mustard, Cajun Seasoning, and Honey.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.

Pour the marinade into a ziplock bag and add the first steak.

Mash it around to get into the nooks and crannies of the steak.
Then add the second steak.

Now, let them sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours - longer for even more Bourbon Street flavor!
When you're ready, take the steaks out & let them sit at room temperature while you heat up the grill.
While the steaks are cooking, I like to caramelize one onion per person.

Get the charcoal nice and hot in a charcoal chimney.

When the coals are hot, dump them into the grill.
Put in the grate and put on the cover so it can get nice and hot.
"Get this thing heated up!"

Put the steaks on the grill and listen to that sizzle!

Give them a nice flip!
Use a thermometer so you don't overcook the steak.

Take off at 130° - 132°F for Medium Rare. They will continue cooking as they rest.
