Cherry Tomato Salsa


Garlic Onion Jalapeños Cherry Tomatoes Cilantro Lime Salt

Add garlic, onion, & jalapeño to food processor & chop.

Add tomatoes & chop again.

Add cilantro next, then chop.

Next is an important step - strain the extra liquid.

Cherry tomatoes have a lot of water in them, so straining makes the flavor of the salsa more delicious. Save the liquid for making tortilla soup or Spanish rice!

Move strained salsa to a bowl & add salt & lime juice.

Dip chips & enjoy!
