Easy Sour Cream Biscuits

Simple Ingredients

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large bowl, beat your egg.

Add in your sour cream and sugar then mix until fully incorporated.

Using a cheese grater, grate your butter into the bowl.

Add flour, baking soda, & salt then mix.

Dough will be sticky.

Roll out dough onto floured surface, kneading gently, & it will come together.

Cut into biscuits using a wide mouth jar.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven & let cool.

You want them to be just browned on the top.

These biscuits are perfect with sausage gravy.

They are so light & fluffy.
