Instant Pot Creamed Corn
Ingredients: corn, cream cheese, butter, sugar, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Dice butter and cream cheese.
Pour corn into Instant Pot.
Add butter and cream cheese cubes.
Then salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Now add milk.
Stir gently, keeping the cream cheese and butter spread out.
Close lid and seal.
Set to High Pressure for 10 minutes.
Quick Release pressure and open lid.
Set to Keep Warm and stir, stir, stir.
Let sit for a few minutes to thicken, then serve.
