Instant Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Set Instant Pot to Sauté.

Add oil, then beef and cook.

Cook until beef is browned & drain.

Add onions, mushrooms, & garlic & sauté.

Add ground beef back to Instant Pot.

Then add spices & salt.

Add beef broth & stir.

Then add cream of mushroom soup & stir.

Sprinkle in flour then stir.

Mix in noodles.

Close lid & seal.

Set to Manual @ High Pressure for 2 Minutes.

When finished cooking, Quick Release pressure.

Remove lid and stir, then put lid back on with pot OFF for 3 - 5 minutes.

Open & stir - then let cool a little.

Mix in sour cream.

Serve & Enjoy!

Reheat leftovers on the stove or in the microwave.

I like to add peas to make it a complete meal.

Yum!

Serve right away or store in the fridge in an air-tight container.
