Cook Bacon
Set IP to Sauté Mode, then melt butter and cook bacon until it is crispy.

Cook Onions
Now add onions, then garlic - sauté until onion is translucent. Deglaze with stock.

Add Beans
Add beans, then seasoning, and mix to combine. Add ham hock now if using.

Pressure Cook
Cancel Sauté. Close lid. Pressure Cook @ High Pressure for 20 minutes.

Release Pressure
Let pressure release Naturally for 5 minutes, then do a Quick Release.
Let Cool, Then Serve
Enjoy as a side dish with your favorite Southern foods. Add ham or sausage and red potatoes to make it a full meal.
