- Olive Oil - Bacon - Onion - Garlic - Chicken Broth - Kosher Salt - Black Pepper - Coconut/Brown Sugar - Apple Cider Vinegar - Creole Seasoning - Red Pepper Flakes - Collard Greens
Ingredients

Cook Bacon
Set IP to Sauté Mode, then heat oil and cook bacon until it is crispy.

Cook Onions
Add onions & garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent. Add seasoning & sugar. Stir.

Add Collards
Deglaze with stock, then add collard greens and mix well. Cook until wilted

Pressure Cook
Add ACV. Pressure Cook @ High Pressure for 25 minutes.

Release Pressure
Quick Release pressure, then stir and let cool.
Let Cool, Then Serve
Enjoy as a side dish with your favorite Southern foods - Hoppin' John, Fried Chicken - you name it.
