Slow Cooker Bourbon Pumpkin Butter
Add your spices & canned pumpkin to the crockpot.
Then add bourbon and honey.
Mix well to combine & top with cinnamon sticks.
Cover and cook on high for two hours.
Stir, then cook one more hour.
After an hour, stir, turn off heat, then let sit uncovered to thicken.
Transfer to jars for storage - it will be so thick and delicious.
Spread on your favorite breads - we love it with banana bread.
