Southern Biscuits & Sausage Gravy Recipe

Biscuits, sausage, flour, milk, seasoning salt, & pepper.

Biscuits, gravy, eggs, & green onions.

Cook sausage.

Bake biscuits while sausage cooks.

Sprinkle with flour and stir.

Slowly pour in milk, then simmer & stir.

Add salt & pepper.

Stir & simmer until thickened.

Looks amazing - so thick!

Spoon gravy over biscuits.

We like to eat biscuits & gravy topped with poached eggs!

Enjoy!

Serve right away or store gravy in the fridge in an air-tight container.
