Sweet & Spicy Bourbon Candied Pecans
- Bourbon - Egg White - Vanilla Extract - Brown Sugar - Kosher Salt - Cayenne Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk egg white, bourbon, and vanilla until egg is frothy.
Toss pecans in egg white mixture until fully coated.
Combine brown sugar, cayenne, and salt in a large bowl.
Toss pecans in the sugar mixture until fully coated.
Spread pecans on a cookie sheet and drop oven temp to 250°F.
Bake for 15 minutes, then toss to ensure even baking. Repeat 2 more times.
Let Cool, Then Serve
The pecans should be coated in a crystalized, almost white looking sugar. SO DELICIOUS.
