Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375° F.
  • Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Then, set a cooling rack on top of the foil.
  • Next, rinse your asparagus and break off the ends. Don't cut the ends off. The best way to do this is by finding the natural breaking point in the asparagus by grabbing the end and the middle and gently bending it. The asparagus will snap at the correct spot. Some pieces will be longer than others, but that doesn't really matter.
  • Next, spread your asparagus out on the rack.
  • Coat the asparagus with melted ghee using a pastry or basting brush.
  • Brush ghee all over the asparagus, then sprinkle 21 Seasoning Salute all over the asparagus.
  • Put your asparagus in the oven for 25 minutes, checking it at 20 minutes as oven temperature can vary.
  • Remove from the oven and serve!

Notes

Break the ends off your asparagus - don't cut the ends off. Find the natural breaking point of your asparagus by grabbing the end and the middle of the stalk and gently bending it. The asparagus will snap at the correct spot. Some pieces will be longer than others, but that doesn't really matter.
