Notes
Be sure to use KOSHER salt for this recipe. If you use table salt, start with only 1 tablespoon of salt. If you do not use Accent seasoning, you might need to add a pinch of extra salt to your fries when serving them to make up for the lack of "salty Accent."This recipe makes ¼ cup of seasoning. (It will be about 12 teaspoons, so about 24 servings of ½ teaspoon each.)
