Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl or jar and mix them all together.
2 tablespoons kosher salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried sage, ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon Accent Flavor Enhancer, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Store in a jar and use this easy french fry seasoning on your next batch of homemade fries.
Be sure to use KOSHER salt for this recipe. If you use table salt, start with only 1 tablespoon of salt. If you do not use Accent seasoning, you might need to add a pinch of extra salt to your fries when serving them to make up for the lack of "salty Accent."
This recipe makes ¼ cup of seasoning. (It will be about 12 teaspoons, so about 24 servings of ½ teaspoon each.)
🫙 How to Store Cajun Sparkle Seasoning
