Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
In our house, we love this Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Recipe on everything. The flavors of thyme, allspice, and a little heat make this a perfect jerk seasoning mix.

chili powder

garlic powder

onion powder

paprika

dried thyme

crushed red pepper flakes
add more if you like it hot!

nutmeg

kosher salt

ground cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or airtight container.
1 tablespoon chili powder,
1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon onion powder,
1 teaspoon paprika,
1 teaspoon dried thyme,
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes,
½ teaspoon allspice,
¼ teaspoon nutmeg,
¼ teaspoon kosher salt,
¼ teaspoon black pepper,
⅙ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Shake well to combine and shake before each use as contents will settle.
Notes
This recipe creates about ¼ of a cup.
