Salsa is one of my favorite food groups. I love to make it fresh at home – when there are tomatoes, tomatillos, cherry tomatoes, and jalapeños in the garden, salsa is on the menu at our house! Cherry Tomato Salsa, Mango Salsa, and even, a new one to try – Peanut Salsa!
