Roast Beef Debris Recipe


Preheat oven to 325°F

Trim excess fat from the roast.

Then liberally salt & pepper all sides of the roast.

Sear the roast on all sides.

Remove roast then sauté onions & garlic.

Once onions are soft, add tomato paste, hot sauce, & Worcestershire sauce.

Add beef broth to deglaze the pot.

Add seared roast back to the pot & cover.

Put pot in the oven & bake for 2.5 hours.

Stir halfway through & spoon broth over beef

Remove pot from oven & remove beef.

Bring broth to a boil.

Stir in cornstarch slurry.

Shred beef & stir back into gravy.

Serve on french bread, fully dressed.

If you have leftovers, make cheese fries!

Spoon gravy over cooked fries.

Then sprinkle with cheese & bake until cheese melts.
