Summertime is my least favorite time of year – I am all about wintertime, the holidays, and well, the Holiday – but I love all the fresh produce.
I love it when my garden gives me endless amounts of tomatoes for a few months every year because I can make lots of salsa, sauces, and salads!
Cherry Tomato Salsa
By July my garden is drowning in cherry tomatoes, and this is the first thing I make with them. Fresh cilantro and lime keep it light, and it disappears fast with a bowl of chips.
