Pecan Tarts (or pecan tartlets as they are often called) are a true holiday treat. Take your favorite pecan pie – brown sugar, butter, and pecans, in a cream cheese and butter pastry crust – then shrink it. They are perfect, bite-size delicious treats.

Rice Krispie Treats are one of my favorite no-bake desserts, but if you want something fancier – an Eclair Cake with a graham cracker crust and whipped cream is an easy and showstopping dessert. It’s so easy to make and is such a delicious dessert; it just needs to be made ahead of time.

Pecan Tarts are a delicious mini pie made with a cream cheese crust that is one of our favorite desserts.
