Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Simple Ingredients

Peel & dice up Yukon gold potatoes.

Starting in cool water, bring potatoes to a boil & cook until fork tender.

Spread potatoes out on a cookie sheet to air dry a little and remove excess moisture.

Hand mash or run potatoes through a mill or ricer.

Finish mashing the potatoes, making sure to get them all!

Melt together butter & milk.

Combine milk mixture with mashed potatoes.

Then mix in buttermilk.

Add salt & pepper & taste.

Transfer to a serving dish.

Top with melted butter & serve.

They are so delicious!
