Easy Blackened Chicken Recipe

Simple Ingredients that you probably already have!

Make blackening seasoning.

Coat chicken in oil, then cover in blackening spice mix.

Heat oil in a heavy pan, then lay chicken in pan.

Cook for 4 - 5 minutes, then flip. The chicken should easily release.

Cook the other side for another  4 - 5 minutes until "blackened".

Serve & enjoy!

Blacken chicken as little or as much as you want!
