Easy Deviled Eggs Recipe

For filling - egg yolks, salt, pepper, mustard, pickles, mayo, garlic powder, hot sauce, and cajun seasoning.

Hard boil eggs using your preferred method. Then chill.
I like to use the Instant Pot for perfect eggs.

Peel the Instant Pot hard boiled eggs.

Slice eggs in half along their long axis.

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Put the yolks and whites in separate bowls.

If using pickles, finely dice them.

Mash yolks using a fork.

Add mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, hot sauce, garlic powder, and pickle juice.
Mix and mash up!
Mash it all together.

I use a rubber spatula to get it nice and smooth.

Now add pickles and mix.

Lay out the egg white "shells."

Move filling to a piping bag or spoon into whites.
I like to fill the bag over a plastic cup - it is the cleanest way that I have found.

Now twist the bag until the filling is in the corner & fill the eggs.

Sprinkle with cajun seasoning (or paprika if you prefer!)
